I had them during Easter 2025 and I am very happy with the service. They clearly quoted ( no hidden fees); they accommodated my last minute appointment change(Easter Saturday to a public holiday); they had professional rugs, cushions and removal/ transport boxes (exactly as many as I requested); they left their removal boxes for me to unpack my luggage without a hurry and free of charge; they had the big truck with the Hoist lift machine (in which my children also had a joy ride at the end of the project, under direct supervision); the removalists had no breaks during the entire 3.5 hrs and they did a great job!

Having been let down in the past with a removalist I was very nervous however this was the best experience I’ve ever had.Sydney to Brisbane without a single thing to worry about.Great communication all the way through.Arrived on time.Made what looked impossible to fit in the truck get in with room to spare. (They are amazing at using every square inch)Arrived a day later to unpack.Worked flat out to get it unloaded.Every delicate wrapped more than expected.Nothing too hard.I can’t express how relieved at how well it went. Tony and Lin did an exceptional job assembling our furniture in Austral. They also helped us move our incredibly heavy washer and dryer tower, which the delivery person from the other shop couldn’t manage. They are highly skilled removalists, as they moved the heavy furniture without scratching my newly installed timber floor, which had been laid just two days ago. I highly recommend them and will definitely use their services again in the future if needed. 👍
